Overview:
Dahua NVR4000-4KS2 is introduced as the first Lite series NVR that supports for 4K and H.265 encoding technology with excellent performance at an affordable price. For applications where image details are highly required, it delivers the capability of 4K resolution processing. The NVR can be served as edge storage, central storage or backup storage with an intuitive shortcut operation menu for remote management and control. Due to its cost-effective and easy-to-install design, this NVR is ideal for a wide range of applications such as public safety, water conservancy, transportation, city centers, education, and financial institutions. The NVR is compatible with numerous third-party devices making it the perfect solution for surveillance systems that work independently of video management system (VMS). It features an open architecture that supports for multi-user access and is compatible with ONVIF 2.4 protocol, enabling interoperability with IP cameras.

Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link and Ruijie Products are covered by a 3 year manufacturer warranty, except all Access Controls, Intercoms, Alarms, and Display Monitors are 2 year warranty, and any spare parts 12-month warranty.
Our warranty does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, setup applications or products integration.

As shipping fees are passed directly to couriers, we are unable to refund shipping costs for postcodes not covered by the express delivery network:

All orders are dispatched using the most efficient postage method available to ensure timely delivery.
3. Delivery Timeframes
If you have not received your order within 5 business days (express) or 10 business days (standard) after receiving your shipment tracking details, please contact us with your full name and order number so we can investigate your delivery status.
In most cases, a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is awaiting collection at your nearest depot or collection point. Please check your email spam or junk folder for any courier notification emails.
4. Delivery Requirements and Limitations
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, regional service limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the courier or postal service.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit, as these are beyond our control.
Any claims for loss or damage during delivery must be raised directly with the relevant courier company.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address (including PO Boxes) is provided, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred to resend the order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery progress and liaising with the courier directly for updates or redelivery arrangements.
To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. The courier will not leave the parcel unattended under any circumstances. If delivery cannot be completed, a collection notice will be issued.
6. Additional Information
We strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders; however, as we are not a courier company, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are unable to intervene in courier operations once a parcel has been dispatched.
