We do not sell DIY equipment — all devices must be installed by trained and experienced installers.

Product Orders

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. Packaging and postage are additional charges may calculated at checkout.

When ordering, you must provide your name, delivery address, email address, contact number, and payment details.
We take due care with this information; however, by providing it, you accept that we are not liable for misuse due to transmission error, virus, or malware.

We undertake to accept or reject your order within five (5) days. If we have not responded within that time, your offer is deemed rejected.
We are not required to provide reasons for rejection, though the most likely cause is product unavailability.

Delivery will be as outlined on our website. Title to goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
We take utmost care to ensure all goods are properly packaged to reach you in good condition.
