Part of the Rosslare convertible line of readers / controllers, this unit can be operated as an outdoor backlit keypad &;amp; proximity reader, which connects to any standard controller, or else it converts into a fully featured, 500-users stand-alone controller when connected to Rosslare's PS-x5 family of intelligent power supply/relay units. This unit provides a most effective solution for indoor and outdoor access systems where PIN and proximity credentials are required. This attractive looking yet robust model features unique shiny blue illuminated metal keys on a metallic, epoxy filled, sealed housing.

1. Free and Express Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping applies to all orders valued at $300 or more.
  • Express Shipping is available for an additional $65 per order.

Please note that Express Shipping is not available for all postcodes. Customers are advised to confirm eligibility through the Australia Post Coverage link below before selecting the express shipping option. As shipping fees are passed directly to couriers, we are unable to refund shipping costs for postcodes not covered by the express delivery network:

2. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM (Sydney time) on a business day may packed and dispatched the same day base on stock availability.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Tracking information will be provided via email after 11:00 AM on the day the order is shipped.

All orders are dispatched using the most efficient postage method available to ensure timely delivery.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Express Shipping: Next business day delivery within the Australia Post Express Post Network Or Priority Shipping by other couriers for non covered Australia Post Areas (capital cities and major metropolitan areas, including Perth CBD only).
  • Regional Areas Express/Priority Shipping: Delivery may take between 2 to 5 business days, depending on location and courier service coverage.
  • Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 10 business days from dispatch.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days (express) or 10 business days (standard) after receiving your shipment tracking details, please contact us with your full name and order number so we can investigate your delivery status.
In most cases, a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is awaiting collection at your nearest depot or collection point. Please check your email spam or junk folder for any courier notification emails.

4. Delivery Requirements and Limitations

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
  • Parcels will not be left unattended or with a “safe drop” unless specifically authorised in writing by the customer before dispatch.
  • If no authorised person is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, a delivery card will be left, and your parcel will be transferred to the nearest depot or collection point for pickup.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders must be addressed to a valid physical delivery address within Australia.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, regional service limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the courier or postal service.

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit, as these are beyond our control.
Any claims for loss or damage during delivery must be raised directly with the relevant courier company.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address (including PO Boxes) is provided, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred to resend the order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery progress and liaising with the courier directly for updates or redelivery arrangements.

To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. The courier will not leave the parcel unattended under any circumstances. If delivery cannot be completed, a collection notice will be issued.

6. Additional Information

We strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders; however, as we are not a courier company, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are unable to intervene in courier operations once a parcel has been dispatched.
