- The seller must operate as a legitimate Australian retail business
- The item must be identical (same brand, model number and specifications)
- The product must be brand new and currently in stock
- The price must be publicly advertised (not a private quote or member-only offer)
- The advertised price must include GST
- Shipping costs must be included in the total comparison
- The competitor must supply Australian warranty support
Exclusions
Our Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to:
- Dropshippers or intermediary sellers who do not physically stock the product
- Sellers operating without a verifiable Australian retail presence
