The Hikvision DS-2CD2387G3P-LIS2UY/SL is an advanced 8MP 180° panoramic ColorVu fixed turret network camera designed to deliver seamless ultra-wide surveillance with full-colour imaging, day and night. Featuring Hikvision's latest ColorVu 3.0 technology, Smart Hybrid Light, HikAI-ISP, built-in dual microphones, speaker, active strobe light and AcuSense AI analytics, this camera provides exceptional image quality and intelligent perimeter protection for demanding residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Unlike conventional multi-camera panoramic systems, the DS-2CD2387G3P-LIS2UY/SL captures a single 180° panoramic image without stitching multiple video streams, eliminating blind spots while simplifying installation. The 8MP sensor delivers a maximum resolution of 4256 × 1888, making it ideal for monitoring building entrances, warehouses, loading docks, retail shopfronts, parking areas and large open spaces where a single camera can replace multiple standard cameras.

Powered by ColorVu 3.0, the camera provides vivid full-colour images 24 hours a day using its F1.0 super-aperture lens and advanced image processing. Smart Hybrid Light intelligently switches between infrared, white light or a combination of both depending on the scene, providing optimal night-time performance while reducing unnecessary light pollution. Built-in AI accurately distinguishes people and vehicles, while the integrated strobe light and audio alarm actively deter intruders. Dual array microphones deliver crystal-clear audio recording, and two-way audio enables live communication with visitors or trespassers.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 8:00 AM (Sydney time) on a business day may packed and dispatched the same day base on stock availability.
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Tracking information will be provided via email after 11:00 AM on the day the order is shipped.

All orders are dispatched using the most efficient postage method available to ensure timely delivery.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Express Shipping: Next business day delivery within the Australia Post Express Post Network Or Priority Shipping by other couriers for non covered Australia Post Areas (capital cities and major metropolitan areas, including Perth CBD only).
• Regional Areas Express/Priority Shipping: Delivery may take between 2 to 5 business days, depending on location and courier service coverage.
• Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 10 business days from dispatch.

If you have not received your order within 5 business days (express) or 10 business days (standard) after receiving your shipment tracking details, please contact us with your full name and order number so we can investigate your delivery status.
In most cases, a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is awaiting collection at your nearest depot or collection point. Please check your email spam or junk folder for any courier notification emails.

4. Delivery Requirements and Limitations

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
• Parcels will not be left unattended or with a “safe drop” unless specifically authorised in writing by the customer before dispatch.
• If no authorised person is available to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, a delivery card will be left, and your parcel will be transferred to the nearest depot or collection point for pickup.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders must be addressed to a valid physical delivery address within Australia.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, regional service limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the courier or postal service.

We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit, as these are beyond our control.
Any claims for loss or damage during delivery must be raised directly with the relevant courier company.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address (including PO Boxes) is provided, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred to resend the order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery progress and liaising with the courier directly for updates or redelivery arrangements.

To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. The courier will not leave the parcel unattended under any circumstances. If delivery cannot be completed, a collection notice will be issued.

We strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders; however, as we are not a courier company, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are unable to intervene in courier operations once a parcel has been dispatched.
