The Hikvision DS-KH8381-WTE1 is a professional-grade indoor video intercom station designed for modern access control systems. Featuring a vibrant 7-inch IPS touchscreen with 1024 × 600 resolution, it delivers clear visuals for caller identification and live monitoring. The sleek metal construction provides a premium aesthetic suitable for contemporary installations. With intuitive single-button operation for door release and Hik-Connect app integration, users can manage access remotely—answering calls, unlocking doors, and viewing live feeds from anywhere. Supporting up to 16 indoor extensions, elevator control, and flexible mounting options (surface or flush), this station accommodates complex multi-unit environments. IEEE 802.3at PoE power ensures simplified installation while powering compatible locks. Comprehensive connectivity includes alarm inputs, RS-485 communication, relay outputs, and microSD card expansion for enhanced system integration.

Hikvision, Dahua, TP-Link and Ruijie Products are covered by a 3 year manufacturer warranty, except all Access Controls, Intercoms, Alarms, and Display Monitors are 2 year warranty, and any spare parts 12-month warranty.
Our warranty does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, setup applications or products integration.
1. Free and Express Shipping
Please note that Express Shipping is not available for all postcodes. Customers are advised to confirm eligibility through the Australia Post Coverage link below before selecting the express shipping option. As shipping fees are passed directly to couriers, we are unable to refund shipping costs for postcodes not covered by the express delivery network:

All orders are dispatched using the most efficient postage method available to ensure timely delivery.
3. Delivery Timeframes
If you have not received your order within 5 business days (express) or 10 business days (standard) after receiving your shipment tracking details, please contact us with your full name and order number so we can investigate your delivery status.
In most cases, a delivery attempt has been made and the parcel is awaiting collection at your nearest depot or collection point. Please check your email spam or junk folder for any courier notification emails.
4. Delivery Requirements and Limitations
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier schedules, regional service limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the courier or postal service.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage that occur during transit, as these are beyond our control.
Any claims for loss or damage during delivery must be raised directly with the relevant courier company.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address (including PO Boxes) is provided, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred to resend the order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their delivery progress and liaising with the courier directly for updates or redelivery arrangements.
To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt. The courier will not leave the parcel unattended under any circumstances. If delivery cannot be completed, a collection notice will be issued.

We strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders; however, as we are not a courier company, we cannot guarantee delivery times and are unable to intervene in courier operations once a parcel has been dispatched.
